Former special counsel Robert S. Mueller III witnessed publicly to the first issues of his investigation into President Trump and Russia’s interference in the election 2016 before two different Congressional panels on Wednesday.
The first meeting, chaired by Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) before the House Judiciary Committee, was held in the morning and the second, chaired by Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) before the House Intelligence Committee, was held in the evening.

In a message sent to followers, the campaign of the president asked followers to assist Trump to raise $2 million in 24 hours as a manner to send Democrats a message.
Trump’s campaign and the National Republican Committee raised $105 million together in the second quarter.
As reported, the Trump-Pence campaign has spent $7.9 million over the previous three months on electronic marketing, direct mail and telemarketing. Trump raised around $350 million in the 2016 election, compared to $585 million from Hillary Clinton.
Meanwhile, in the second quarter, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, South Bend, Indiana, outraged his Democratic competitors in 2020–at about $25 million. Opens a new window as earlier reported. Five Democratic applicants, including former Vice President Joe Biden, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, California Sen. Kamala Harris, Vermont Sen. Sanders, and Buttigieg, have mainly withdrawn from their competitors. Combined, over the previous three months, those applicants raised nearly $100 million.
Democratic debate’s second round is scheduled to take place next week in Detroit.
