On Sunday night in Las Vegas, Controversial YouTubers Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau married.
While it is still uncertain whether the marriage is actually legal or an elaborate stunt in advertising, the two said “I do” at the Graffiti Mansion, painted white and coated in spray-painted rose patterns as well as their hashtag #JanaForever and date. During the event, a live spray artist created the couple’s murals.
Paul, 22, and Mongeau, 21, exchanged their vows in front of hundreds of guests during the over-the-top ceremony. However, when it ended in a brawl, the large night was tarnished. A group of visitors ran from the ceremony, sending flying chairs. It emerged that after a customer threw champagne on Paul, “Armani” Izadi, place owner, officer and best friend Jake Paul, chased the group.
The bride was wearing a purple ruffled train strapless sequin gown while the groom was wearing a white smoke. The elderly brother of the groom, Logan Paul, served as the best man after apparently coming to the fresh love of his brother despite doubting openly that their two-month relationship and one-month commitment was genuine.
Paul and Mongeau confronted many skeptics who, owing to a $125 cubic zirconium engagement ring, Paul’s prior fake marriage, and the quick timeline, did not think in their connection.
At the time of publication, there were no applications for marriage licenses or registrations in Las Vegas under either Jake or Tana’s name; however, if they filed on Friday, it would not appear in the system until Monday. It is also feasible that in Los Angeles, where they reside, the couple submitted their wedding permit.
However, Mongeau published a heartfelt video on her YouTube channel on the morning of their wedding day, called “I love you, Jake Paul,” stating he wishes to be with him forever and recognizing their haters and sharing contentious past.
Every moment of their wedding day morning, including a drunken private jet flight, tuxedo shopping, and gambling, the pair filmed and posted on Paul’s YouTube channel. They also announced that they supplied a Livestream for fans besides MTV filming the whole night for an episode of the YouTube-only reality “Tana Turns 21.” Many, though, balked at the $50 price tag; Mongeau assured fans at a later date that she would release all footage free.
Mongeau’s popular ex-girlfriend Bella Thorne was notably absent; the two had a heated exchange last week when Tana had lunch with Thorne’s ex-raper Mod Sun in the midst of a nasty breakup. In the case, though, Mod Sun was present. Also present was Brielle Biermann of Bravo.
