A high school young girl will now be taken to jail after a man was discovered dead, attached to a bed inside a home in the Fox Chase area of Philadelphia prior this week, reports have affirmed.
The revelation was made on Tuesday around 3 a.m. at a home on the 8400 square of Algon Avenue where the young girl and the old man were.
Police found the person in question, whose companions distinguished as Al Chernoff, halfway attached to a bed with a huge head wound and slices to the chest.
The old man was brutally stabbed after attaching him to a bed. This incident to be imagined is horrible.
Sources state he was assaulted with a 2 x 4 board with nails. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Wednesday, the 14-year-old suspect was seen on video discharged by police wearing a dark coat, long sleeve pink top, red running pants and white shoes strolling around Chernoff’s home.
Sources affirm that the youngster was with her lawyer on Thursday night when she gave up to police regarding Chernoff’s death. She has not been officially charged but the investigation is still going on.
Chernoff was an Army veteran and worker at Philadelphia International Airport, companions said.
Chernoff’s life outside work was devoted to helping felines in need.
“Al was astounding, anything you required he would do. He was known for building shelters for all the non-domesticated stray cats in the city. He was a decent man,” said Angelo Ruffo, who was companions with Chernoff.
