About The Incident
It’s a shameful incident in which a young man abused a minor girl and later arrested by the police. 20-year-old Jose Jeremias Sosa-Guerra is now in prison for physically abusing 10-year-girl. The name of the girl is kept secret because of her age.
A complaint against Sosa was registered for abusing the girl, and then the investigation started by the Rogers Police Department back on April 11.
Then the minor girl explained the whole incident to the officers about the abuse done by Sosa-Guerra, and also she said that she was shown lewd contents by him on his phone.
Charges And Punishments
Jose Jeremias Sosa-Guerra is now in the Benton County Prison, and his bond is valued at $20,000
He is facing charges of molestation, second-degree assault, grooming of a child, and a Class A misconduct.
There is a similar incident of abuse in which a minor girl was abused by an older man on a bus, and their identity is not revealed. The bus was going to mid-Surrey and Sussex. The 54-year-old man has molested the 17-year-old girl on the bus.
The older man faced the charges of physical assault but later freed on bail.
