What can we expect from the Dear Zoe series?
We can expect to see a lot of suffering and heartbreak, misinformation, and a lack of support for those who are suffering from cancer. It can be very confusing when you are first diagnosed with cancer because there is so much information out there from people who have never had cancer but want to give advice, which can be hurtful. The Dear Zoe series will show that having someone to guide you through cancer treatment and answer your questions honestly will make all the difference in the world when it comes to surviving this disease.
What makes The Dear Zoe series different?
The Dear Zoe series will bring visibility to those who are suffering from cancer in a new way. It offers hope and support by showing that people do care about their well-being. The series will also show that you are not alone in going through a hard time. You can have faith and find the strength to survive.
Is The Dear Zoe series like other books?
The Dear Zoe series is different because of how it is written. Instead of just being a book, it is an online video series where you get to see the pain and suffering that Zoe has experienced with cancer. It can be very difficult to read another book while going through your own experience with cancer at the same time. But by watching Dear Zoe online, you can learn from her experiences and understand what is happening when you are going through treatment.
Who are the director’s favorite characters and why?
The favorite director choice in the Dear Zoe series is Justin Bartha because he acts as a mentor in the series and will help those who are suffering from cancer to find the right treatment plan. He is an oncologist at Weill Cornell Medicine and NYU Langone Health and treats patients with difficult-to-treat cancers.
What kind of special effects can be expected?
Dear Zoe will showcase the helplessness of those who are going through cancer treatments, as well as the struggles they face while they do it. This show will also educate people who have never had cancer about how it can affect their mood, relationships, and daily life. The director will use a different special effect for each character to show that everyone suffering from cancer is different.
