The House of Spoils series is a new television show that has all the feels: crime, murder, mysteries and twists, romance, intrigue, and suspense. This series is inspired by true stories of high-end luxury brands gone wrong, which includes everything from unproven designer handbags to bootleg copies of couture clothes. The drama is set in New York City’s exclusive Upper East Side where Big Apple elites put on airs while they shop on Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue respectively. 

They lease their homes to strangers for summer vacation as a means of earning extra money as well as living in plush downtown lofts with party walls and an over-the-top driver for the weekend who drives guests around town with the flamboyant ease of Jerry Stiller playing George Costanza. The series will delve into the opulence of New York City’s fashion scene and all its decadence with a cast of edgy characters in the world of fashion, art, jewelry, real estate, and interior design. The House of Spoil series premiere on Prime Video is directed by Scott Smith (The Ruins), written by Lonnie Donnegan (Digital Dads), produced by Janice Williams (Night Moves), and executive produced by Jim Berger (Vikingdom).
