Killing Eve came to a shocking end on Sunday night, but don’t worry – the show will be back. Author Luke Jennings has spoken out about the decision to kill off Villanelle (played by Jodie Comer), insisting that it was “the only choice” for the show. On top of that, he’s said that the writers wanted to give us a totally unexpected ending, and “it’s almost as if some divine hand was guiding them”.“After watching the finale I couldn’t help but think ‘this is not good,” he told Vulture.
In the season five finale, Villanelle (Jodie Comer) was gunned down by Jodie’s handler, Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh). In the early stages of production on series four, producers had envisaged Villanelle killing Eve.

The main characters are Jodie Comer and Sandra oh as mentioned above and others will also be seen in this series too. It will not make you forget about the last season of the American crime fiction series “Fargo” that was released back, it’s just another example of how good Killing Eve actually is.

What are your thoughts on the Killing Eve series so far?
The thoughts that I have on the series so far are that it is a real masterpiece. After watching the first season, it was just outstanding. I couldn’t stop myself from watching the second season till now. It’s a really outstanding and well-written series and I’m really excited to watch more of its upcoming episodes.
What are your predictions for this season?
The predictions that I have for this series is that there is going to be more of Villanelle in the upcoming season as she was murdered in the previous season but she will return in next episodes of the Killing Eve series as a spirit and try to take revenge from Eve Polastri.
Who do you think is behind the murders of all the characters in the show thus far?
The reason behind the murders of all the characters like Eve, Bill, and Konstantin is that Carolyn Martens who was a professor for Villanelle in Russia, is now living in England but she still has high respect for Villanelle.
So she was trying to make all this chaos in which Villanelle will be blamed and if they will kill her then no one will know about Carolyn Martens, so I think she is behind this. Killing Eve has already been renewed for a third season so we’ll have plenty more time with both Eve and Villanelle.
Where do you see the show going in future episodes, and what kind of plot twists?
The show is going to be heading in a great way, the storyline and plots will be so much more interesting to watch and I think who did this whole drama was Carolyn Martens. Killing Eve is going to bring everything together with Villanelle.

What are your thoughts on the characters?
The characters so far are really outstanding, all of them have performed well and also their acting skills were good too. I thought it was a bit slow at first but that’s just because it was building up the plot for later episodes.
