The Pachinko series is about a member of the Japanese pachinko mafia, who is engaged in a playboy-like relationship with his childhood friend. He is given an opportunity to be treated like an adult and will have to choose whether he’ll stay by his side or refuse to keep acting like a child.
The Pachinko series is good but not great at all. The concept is nice and the story line good but the way its delivered is not so good as well. I hope some more hard work would be put into its delivery in the next episodes.
What do you think will happen in the next book/season of the show?
I think that the next book will have more action and violence involved. The story of pachinko mafia is something more dramatic because what you have to go through to be on top is a lot. I also think that the story will be wrapped up in the next book.
Who are your favorite and least favorite characters in the series so far, and why?
My least favorite characters are Kazuya and Akinori because they don’t help each other in the challenge to achieve their dream. My favorite character is Kazuya because he has many secrets that nobody knows.
Do you think this show is worth watching? Why or why not?
I think that the Pachinko series is worth watching because of its drama, action, and mystery elements. This story line invokes many emotions such as sadness, happiness and excitement. If the writers can continue to use these emotions well in future episodes then I think this series will become more popular.
Do you have any theories about what will happen in the rest of the story?
I think that Kazuya will take revenge on others and be the top pachinko mafia member. I also think that there are more characters who will support him in the competition. The story of pachinko mafia is something more dramatic because what you have to go through to be on top is a lot.
Have you read any fan theories online that you’ve found interesting or plausible?
I haven’t read any fan theories online about the story line of the Pachinko series. I would love to read them because its always fun to know what other people think about the story line before actually watching it.

How could the story be improved? Is there anything you’d change?
The story could be improved by having more action scenes and tension between the two main characters. I believe that this would keep the audience engaged while also making it a fun watch.
I also think that they should develop the characters more and make them more relatable to viewers. You’re able to connect with them on some level if you can relate to their struggles in life or understand their ambitions.
