Tony Basgallop and M. Night Shyamalan co-created the American psychological horror streaming television series Servant, and they also served as executive producers. The show centers on Sean and Dorothy Turner, a Philadelphia couple who employ Leanne Grayson to look after their reborn doll son Jericho as a baby. When Leanne arrives, strange and unsettling things start to happen to the couple. Dorothy Turner has been placed in a psychiatric facility after the events of last season. The doctors there tell her that Leanne was not real and that she gave birth to Jericho herself. They also tell her that she is mentally ill as well as physically ill and should take her medication daily for both issues. Dorothy tells all this to Sean who does not believe it whatsoever.

The viewer sees that Dorothy brought Leanne home from the bar while drunk and blacked out during the entire event. The trailer begins with Dorothy telling Sean, who is crying and screaming, that she wants to leave. He denies her request and threatens her by saying he will kill her if she tries to leave again. Later on in the trailer, Sean is seen leaving his house while carrying a shovel, perhaps with thoughts of digging up Jericho’s grave or Dorothy’s.

One box contains her dead pet dog whom she killed herself while playing with a gun.
