Shang-Chi, also known as the master of kung fu is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Steve Englehart and Jim Starlin. Shang Chi first appeared in Special Marvel Edition #15, published December 1973. He is a half-Chinese and half-American former monk who was born to Fu Manchu but raised by his uncle Zheng Zu. Shang Chi is a master in martial arts and possesses the mystical power of the Iron Fist.

The first part of Shang-chi won a number of awards in different nomination categories. It was awarded the Saturn Award for Best Action/Adventure Film, Teen Choice Award for Fight Scene, and Producers Guild of America Award for Outstanding Producer – Motion Picture. The cast of Shang-chi is expected to be nominated for several awards. The plot of “Shang-chi and the legend of The Ten Rings” was nominated for Best Original Screenplay at the 2019 Academy Awards.

Reviews:
The movie has a plot worth watching and it is the best marvel production since captain America civil war. The cast did an amazing job in portraying their characters, but some of them failed to get involved with each other on-screen which was kind of disappointing given how great they are at acting together.
Ratings:
Till now, the plot has received mixed ratings. Some people love it and they are eagerly waiting for its sequel while some others think that there is too much fighting involved in this production which does not make sense to them since movies like Black Panther showed how marvel can also do well with plot-driven productions without having too many fight scenes.
