Supergirl is an American superhero drama TV series based on the DC Comics character of the same name. It was developed by Greg Berlanti, Ali Adler, and Andrew Kreisberg in association with Warner Bros. Television with a pilot episode written by Adler and Kreisberg, which aired on October 26, 2015.

The show follows Kara Danvers (portrayed by Melissa Benoist), who is Superman’s cousin from another planet where she protects her world as Supergirl or Kara Zor-El using her superpowers flight, x-ray vision, heat vision, and freezing breath to fight crime in National City alongside the DEO agent James Olsen (Mehcad Brooks)

ABOUT SUPERGIRL 6:

Supergirl season six’s plot, cast, and production have been largely well-received, with critics praising the show’s focus on Kara Danvers as Supergirl. Plot threads will be coming to a head in this new series of episodes, including an exploration of her family history and some timely subject matter following Charlottesville last year. The response from fans has been positive, too, and the show has even gained a new following of LGBTQ viewers who identify with Kara’s journey.

Reviews :
