The third season of the Netflix series, “Family Karma” will be premiering on October 10th. The release date has been confirmed for many months now and filming is already underway.
There are not many details that have been released about this new season, but we can assume that it will be just as enthralling as the two previous seasons were!
ABOUT FAMILY KARMA SEASON 3:
Family Karma is an American sitcom that premiered in September of 2014. The plot follows the lives of a family from New York and is loosely based on creator John Riggi’s life as he grew up with an Italian American mother and Jewish father.

THE PLOT:
PLOT is expected to be just as enthralling as the previous two seasons. The CAST for this season has not been released, but PRODUCTION has already begun and a RELEASE DATE of2022 from Netflix is confirmed.
The first season PLOT was as follows:
The family matriarch, Terry DeCarlo (played by Margaret Colin), and her three daughters are forced to face their differences when she learns that the youngest daughter wants to marry a Jewish man. For it to work, they must reach an agreement about what is most important in life.
The second PLOT followed the family as they faced more challenges. Terry’s husband of over 40 years, Kenneth (played by Victor Garber), announces that he is in love with a woman from New Jersey and wants to move there after so many failed attempts at living on his own.
And then things get even more complicated when the youngest daughter gets engaged to a Jewish man. The PLOT was driven by the family’s need for introspection and self-reflection, with each of them realizing that they have what it takes to be happy in their own way.
Terry learns that her youngest daughter wants to marry a Jewish man, so she invites a rabbi to dinner to talk about the implications of this union. The family attends the wedding of Terry’s daughter and they all make it through with their lives intact.

The third installment of this series will focus on Terry as she comes face-to-face with her own mortality after learning that she had a heart attack. Terry will have to come to terms with her decisions and shortcomings as a mother, wife, and daughter. Terry enters a new stage of her life when she learns that she had suffered a heart attack, which causes the death of one-third of Terry’s heart muscle tissue.
PRODUCTION:
The Family Karma Season 3 was filmed from September to November 2016 in Los Angeles. Filming for season three began on December 12, 2017. The family drama is filmed on location and from a studio set. Production for season three was held in Los Angeles, California.
EXPECTATIONS:
“The Family Karma Season Three is a continuation of the series, it’s not like seasons one and two were stand-alone.,” says director James Ricklefs “It picks up where we left off in season two.”This season, Terry and Diane are happily married with four children of their own that they try hard to balance between a traditional family life on the farm and the more progressive attitudes that have come from living in Los Angeles for so long.
But as this new family is forming, the old family drama starts to creep in. The four kids are all very different and have a lot of maturity for their age, but they have one thing in common: their kids don’t want them to get married.
