Better Call Saul Season Six Plot:
Season one followed up with where Breaking Bad had finished, with Jimmy McGill (aka Saul Goodman) working for the law firm of Davis and Main.
Season two followed him as he tried to find his way back into Cinncinati’s underworld when a man from his past approached him about laundering money through Hamlin & McGill. It also follows his relationship with Kim Wexler who is an associate for Davis & Main.
Season three was a flashback to 2002 when Jimmy McGill met Chuck and started working at the law firm, while also helping with his brother’s condition of electromagnetic hypersensitivity.
At the end of season four, Jimmy McGill seems content with his current life and has let go of Saul Goodman. However, in the final scene, he is shown visiting Kim Wexler’s house where she tells him that Davis & Main have a new case for their firm involving Sandpiper Crossing, which was the subject of Chuck’s last case.
Season five starts with Jimmy as Gene, who is a Cinnabon manager in Omaha and has retired from the law profession to provide for his family. He realizes he needs money so he can help out financially (due to her condition worsening), but goes back into hiding when it becomes clear that Hamlin, Hamlin, and McGill are in serious financial trouble. In the final episode of season five, a car crash leads to Jimmy being crippled from the waist down and wheel-chair bound for life. We expect season 6 to be more thrilling than all its parts.
