The Enola Holmes 2 series has just finished, and it is time for a review. For those who are unfamiliar with the series, the show follows from Arthur Conan Doyle’s original Sherlock Holmes stories, which followed Sherlock and his older brother Mycroft. The Enola Holmes series follows Sherlock and Mycroft’s little sister Enola as she solves mysteries around London in her fashion. The premise of the show is intriguing: how would a woman solve crimes differently? The show depicts how society has changed since Victorian times. The show feels like a modern update of the stories, keeping the same style of jokes and banter between both Sherlock and Enola, but introducing a few new elements. The first episode was great to watch. The jibes were spot on, with both Enola and Sherlock managing to crack jokes in each other’s faces at every turn. At times, the jokes felt a little weak compared with the original story, but that is something that can be forgiven given the setting of Enola’s character.

Do you know about the release date of the Enola Holmes 2 series:

This series will be released on 27 October 2022. Also, the series has been nominated for the prestigious Emmy Award. The real showstopper is the character of Enola Holmes herself. She is portrayed by actress Millie Brady, who is still a teenager,r and shows here that she has what it takes to make it as an actor. From her facial expressions to her body language, Brady manages to capture the character perfectly and makes it easy for the audience to connect with her on screen.

Here is the plot of the Enola Holmes 2 series discussed:

The plot of the new series is every bit as good as that of the original, but at a different time and with its own merits. The first episode reveals Enola Holmes dealing with a mystery at a party when she realizes someone was murdered. It is obvious that the culprit isn’t one of the guests at the party, so Enola teams up with her older brother Sherlock himself.

Who would win a fight between Enola Holmes and Sherlock himself?

Enola Holmes herself would win a fight with Sherlock Holmes himself. Brady makes for an excellent Sherlock, but she was not in his league when it came to being able to take on her bigger brother. The two were even able to put up a fight against the likes of Lord Moran and Moriarty.

How would the cast of the Enola Holmes 2 series describe themselves?

The cast members themselves would describe themselves as remarkably talented and dedicated. Brady has no qualms about accepting her leading man status and is comfortable taking on a role with large shoes to fill.

What themes does the Enola Holmes 2 series explore?

The themes of the series are women succeeding in a traditionally male-dominated field, the changing roles of women in society, and how far we have come as a nation. Brady does a fantastic job of portraying Enola’s character and she stands out as an almost perfect example of what a woman in her time would have been like.

What are the critics saying about the Enola Holmes 2 series?

The critics are saying that the series is much more like a two-part movie rather than a TV show and that this is probably because of how well everything has come together. The plot works, the characters work and the writing is brilliant. There isn’t much to criticize about this show at all.
