Marvel Studios just dropped the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind trailer and it is trippy! The film is set to release in 2020 and will follow the Guardians after they disband. They are brought back together by a strange force that causes them to time travel.
This forces them to confront their pasts and figure out what happened to the Guardians of the future. The trailer is full of psychedelic visuals that will leave you wanting more. Creators of the short, Niko Pueringer and Ramon Perez explain that this is just one part of the film. They will release more in August and launch a GoFundMe to help them fund their project. This is definitely something I am looking into supporting.

What are your thoughts on the Guardians of the Galaxy series so far?
The thoughts I have on this series so far is that the plot is interesting and the characters have great chemistry with each other. I am excited to see where they take the series in the future and hope it ends up being successful.
Who are some of your favorite cast members in Guardians of the Galaxy Series?
I think that Michael Rooker & Lee Pace deserve a special mention because they pulled off amazing performances in their respective roles. The team had a lot of fun together which makes it enjoyable to watch.
How long do you think Guardians of the Galaxy: The Whimsical Adventures will run for?
I believe this will go for around 4 seasons, not too long but not too short either. Each season should be around 8 episodes and the way they are going with their story, it is the perfect length. I think that for Peter Quill, I would like to have Nathan Fillion play him. He has a good sense of humor and he can do action pretty well too. His voice might be a little different from Chris Pratt’s but he is a great actor so it wouldn’t be a problem.
Who is your favorite character in the series so far and why?
I really like Rocket Raccoon. I think that after The Avengers: Infinity War he deserves to be in the series more. Hopefully, we will see him in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 because he could be a great character for it. I think that Glenn Close should just retire from acting because she has been in every single one of Marvel’s movies. I liked everything about her character so for her to leave a bad taste after everyone starts to like her, I am sorry but she should just retire from acting above all else.
What do you think will happen in the next movie installment of Guardians of the Galaxy?
I think that the Sovereign are going to keep on attacking so the next team will have to stop them from taking over. I am sure that a group of heroes like this will pull through and protect Earth.
Also, the Guardians are formed by a bunch of criminals, Peter Quill is the only one with a clean record. I think that we are going to see him go back to his life in order to find himself or something like that. I do not know if he will go back though because he seems really happy with his family and friends, maybe he won’t go back home.

What was your favorite scene or moment from any of the movies in the series so far?
My favorite moment would have to be when the Sovereign attacked because I was really not anticipating that. I really like the Sovereign so when they were fighting it became a little intense. You may think I am weird for this one but my favorite is Cosmo the Spacedog. He did not have much of a role but he was there and looked cute at all times.
