Harry Potter 20th Anniversary reboot Return to Hogwarts is a TV special on HBO Max. It is a reunion special for the cast and crew of the Harry Potter film. The special is hosted by Edward Herrmann with Margo Robbie as a special guest. Harry Potter has been one of the world’s most popular franchises, but this isn’t the first time that Harry Potter is getting a reboot. The Harry Potter film series has been rebooted (except for the last two films) three times. The first two were simply titled Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. The last two films have seen a change in actors who were originally in place when they started to replace them with new actors who are much younger than their predecessors. Alfonso Cuarón becomes the director for both parts and will direct all seven films in the franchise.
This series will be released on 10 February 2023. Harry Potter, a young wizard, discovers his magical heritage as he makes close friends, goes to school, and competes in Quidditch championships. A Reboot that is a holistic reboot of all the Harry Potter films including The Sorcerer’s Stone, Chamber of Secrets, and Prisoner of Azkaban with a special appearance from Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) who played Neville Longbottom in the earlier films.
The Harry Potter movies may be getting a reboot much earlier than they anticipated. Warner Bros is planning to reboot the franchise holistically. All the books and previous movies will be moved to television. HBO Max, which has just launched its WarnerMedia Prestige Network, is one of the networks that has acquired the rights to do so. Warner Media Prestige Network will reboot all the Harry Potter films including Chamber of Secrets and Prisoner of Azkaban, directed by Alfonso Cuarón with a special appearance from Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) who played Neville Longbottom in the earlier films.
We can expect the story to be very similar to the original series. The characters will be very much similar to their original counterparts. There might be a few changes here and there but the plot will be very well familiar. This makes perfect sense as he has been playing him on stage for the last six years (similar to how Tom Felton played him in many of the films). Tom Felton is still playing Draco Malfoy in several productions around the world today.
The favorite characters of Alfonso Cuaron are for sure Cedric Diggory and Hermione Granger. He first fell in love with the books when he was a teenager, but it wasn’t until he started making films that he finally had the opportunity to tell J. K. Rowling’s story in a way that he felt worked best.
The themes that were explored in the early films were about growing up and finding your place in the world. The story of Harry Potter was about a young boy who was starting a new life, and as he grew up, we saw him learn many valuable lessons. Afonso Cuaron greatly values these themes and has made sure to include them well throughout the plot of this upcoming reboot.
The only difference that we can expect is the plot will be well much familiar because it looks like they have stuck to most of the original novel by J. K. Rowling. The best part is it will be shorter than previous movies but will have a better pace than its predecessors.
The reviewers are excited about this reboot of all Harry Potter films. They say that it is a great opportunity to give it to a new generation who have not seen the earlier films and they are very happy that they are re-adapting Harry Potter for the first time. The original eight movies will be shown in the initial part of the series and then after that, they will be introduced to their new version of these famous characters.
