The Miami Vice series commences with Miami-Dade Police officers James “Sonny” Crockett and Ricardo “Rico” Tubbs are running an undercover prostitution sting operation in a nightclub to apprehend a pimp named Neptune when they get a panicked call from their old source Alonzo Stevens. When Stevens discloses he’s leaving town, he asks Rico to look after his wife Leonetta since he thinks she’s in immediate danger. Crockett finds out that Stevens had been compromised while acting as an FBI informant. The FBI later see that Stevens’ car had been stolen and decided to turn it over to the Miami-Dade Police to get him off the streets. They are linked to an arms buy gone wrong in Nicaragua named “Operation Bank Shot”. Leonetta has been kidnapped and thrown overboard by a speedboat. Miraculously, she’s rescued by a Navy SEAL team. Crockett and Tubbs are asked by FBI Agent McGarrett if they will be available for a new undercover operation with DEA agent Kamekona.

I like this character because he is very brave and hardworking. He is a fast-thinking, skilled fighter and risk-taker. His partner was Crockett who was opposite him. The character is very interesting. I would say that one of the most popular characters was the character Tubbs in the Miami Vice series. The character is a versatile and strong person. He’s smart, careful, and courageous in his final decision. He is also a part of a mysterious drug organization called The Syndicate. Even though he doesn’t have any family to care for but he still has a naughty feelings for his brother-in-law who was killed by crooked cops in the series itself.
