Disney has been receiving a lot of backlash in regards to their newest Moon Knight film. Oscar Isaac, who is set to play the lead role, recently spoke out about the controversy. “I think it’s unfortunate that people are so quick to judge,” Isaac said. ” Moon Knight is a complex character and I believe that Disney is capable of doing him justice.”
Isaac went on to say that he has faith in the team behind the film and is confident that they will deliver a great product.

What inspired you to write the Moon Knight series?
The series is inspired by Moon Knight’s original comics series, which was created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin. I wanted to create a new take on the character that would be more reflective of today’s world. Who is your favourite character in the series and why?
I think my favourite character in the series is Moon Knight himself. I love how he is always fighting for what he believes in, no matter the odds. He’s a complicated character, and I think that’s what makes him so interesting.

What was the most difficult scene to write and why?
The most difficult scene to write was the final battle scene between Moon Knight and his arch-nemesis, Bushman. I wanted to make sure that the reader felt the intensity of the fight, and also understood Moon Knight’s motivations for fighting. It was a delicate balance to strike, but I think we succeeded in making it an exciting and emotional scene.
Bushman is Moon Knight’s arch-nemesis, so their final battle is bound to be intense. Moon Knight is fighting for what he believes in, and the reader feels the intensity of the fight. It’s a delicate balance to strike, but the scene is successful in being both exciting and emotional.
If you could choose any other superhero to team up with Moon Knight, who would it be?
I would love to see Moon Knight team up with Spider-Man. They are both street-level heroes who have a similar sense of justice. I think they would make a great team! Moon Knight and Spider-Man are both street-level heroes, so they have a lot in common.
I think Moon Knight’s intense fighting style would complement Spider-Man’s more acrobatic fighting style nicely. Moon Knight is also a bit of an outsider, so teaming him up with someone like Spider-Man would be interesting to see.
What are your plans for future books in the series Moon Knight?
I definitely want to explore Moon Knight’s connection to the Egyptian god Khonshu. I think there’s a lot of potentials there for interesting stories. I also want to continue to focus on Moon Knight’s mental health, and how he copes with all the violence in his life. Moon Knight is a character who is always teetering on the edge, and I think that makes for some really compelling stories.
I think it would be really interesting to see Moon Knight in a different time period, like the Old West or feudal Japan.

Do you have any advice for aspiring writers out there who are looking to get their work?
No matter what you do, don’t give up on your dreams. Pursue them with everything you have, and never let anyone tell you that you can’t do something. If someone tells you that your work is bad, use it as motivation to prove them wrong. And always remember, the only person who can determine whether or not your work is good is you.
