PLOT SYNOPSIS:

There are so many things to know about the movie before its release and we’ve got them all here for you! The story is set in a small town where people start dying of seemingly natural causes, but it turns out there’s an evil doctor behind these deaths who wants everyone dead so he can gain control of the town. The main character, played by Sylvester Stallone, is a former CIA agent who used to work with this evil doctor and now has to stop him before it’s too late.

After an unexpected turn of events following his escape from prison in Southeast Asia, John Rambo arrives in his hometown of Hope, Washington. Here he meets with his old friend Michael who used to run the local lumber mill until it was shut down by a big corporation that’s taken over everything since then. One day while hunting in the woods something unexpected happens and all hell breaks loose! Meanwhile, there are some suspicious characters around the town that make Rambo feel like he’s being watched.

Reviews:

Many people have been calling this a reboot or remake of the original movie. This is not true as it might appear at first glance, however, there are some striking similarities that make us think that they’re trying to re-create something like what was already created before with some different elements and more modern times (the initial escape from prison scene for example).

Ratings:

The movie has already been released and it’s rated with a decent score of five out of ten stars on imdb.com. No doubt this is not an ideal rating, but we can expect more from the next installment if they don’t change anything too drastic and only try to build upon what worked. The movie is getting some pretty good ratings and it’s definitely worth the watch. It has action, an intriguing plot/storyline, and a new take on Rambo that we haven’t seen before in any of his movies.
