The Plot:
The Rugrats reboot season 2 plot has been revealed to be about the babies getting into more trouble than ever before after Tommy’s mom brings home his new baby brother Dil. Chuckie struggles with not being old enough to take care of him like he did Tommy when they were younger (and it doesn’t help that Dil cries all the time). Angelica acts out because her own “little brother” is now getting all the attention. It’s up to her and Spike to plot schemes that will get Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil out of having any responsibility for Dil so they can go back to their carefree lives.
