The Good Fight is a sequel to the popular CBS legal drama The Good Wife and is now coming for the sixth season.

ABOUT THE GOOD FIGHT:

The Good Fight is an American legal and political drama television series created by Robert King, Michelle King, and Phil Alden Robinson. The first season consists of ten episodes. CBS All Access picked up the series for a second season in May 2017 which premiered on March 14th, 2018 while airing its tenth episode on June 16th, 2018. On April 18th, 2018, CBS All Access renewed the series for a third season.

RELEASE DATE:

The release date for the 6th season of THE GOOD FIGHT has not been announced yet, but it is expected to be in the year 2022 until fall.

PRODUCTION:

The Good Fight was ordered by CBS on May 11, 2017. The series is produced by King Size Productions and Scott Free Productions and stages of the production are done in association with Sony Pictures Television which also distributes it globally. The Good Fight is filmed in New York City, USA.

THE PLOT:

The Good Fight Season Six will pick up the story a year after Maia Rindell (Rose Leslie) was arrested for fraud, Diane Lockhart’s (Christine Baranski) savings were seized and her retirement plans turned upside down. The Good Fight Opens with Diane Lockhart and her goddaughter Maia Rindell sign up for a police detective job after they have lost their jobs in the law firm.

And it is at this point when she works closely with Robert Boseman who has his own criminal defense practice where both of them work as assistants. Meanwhile, Diane’s goddaughter Lucca Quinn is working as a litigator at a rival firm. Meanwhile, the plot also revolves around Maia Rindell who is accused of insider trading and she has to fight against her own family in order to prove herself innocent.

RATINGS:

The first season of The Good Fight was received with mixed reviews from the critics. It has a score of 66% on Metacritic which is quite average. Also, it has scored 68 out of 100 by users on IMDb and 83% on Rotten Tomatoes.

REVIEWS:

The Good Fight has managed to attract a wide range of audiences. The show is loved by people who have watched the original series and also those who haven’t seen it yet. Also, some people were not satisfied with the content as they thought that there was nothing new in this season apart from Christine Baranski but other than her character, everything was new.
