“The Recruit” is a spy-adventure television series which is created by Alexi Hawley. The series’ first season was broadcast on Netflix in the United States on December 16, 2022. The series was renewed for a second season. Season 2 begins with CIA recruit Owen Hendricks being thrust into an international spy game where he must juggle two roles: undercover intelligence officer and law student. With the help of his handler, Agent Robyn Slinger, he soon realizes he will have to walk a very thin line to complete his missions for the CIA.

The story takes place in the world of espionage, where spies use what they know to get out of a global struggle between intelligence organizations. The protagonist, Owen Hendricks an attorney who has just started working for the CIA, is investigating a case involving a woman that he has been ordered to preserve. The excepted storyline of the second season

There is no official date for “The Recruit” second season. However, Netflix renewed it for the second season. We just hope that we hear an official announcement soon.
