Director Lee Cronin provided some details on how the next movie ties into the Sam Raimi universe alongside the third image showcasing the newest entry in the Evil Dead series. The latest image for “Evil Dead Rise” shows a woman rising from a lake, droplets falling off her shape as she hovers just over the water’s surface. During his chat with Total Film, Cronin also provided a sneak preview of the upcoming fifth installment of the Evil Dead series. “Evil Dead Rise” is a project from producers Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell, and Robert Tapert. Campbell claims that the three have been “highly active” in the project from the beginning to the end.
