As the title suggests, Geralt will be trapped in a soul eater’s body for much of season two. To fight off powerful monsters, he must travel through both physical and metaphysical planes while trying to get back into his own skin. This is easier said than done as Geralt discovers that he has been split into three different forms: Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher, and the Beast.

THE STARRING CAST:

The cast has not been announced yet, but Henry Cavill is expected to star as Geralt of Rivia just like the first season. As for Ciri and Yennefer, there are rumors that Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra will play those roles, respectively, if they haven’t already left the project.

The cast for season two is packed with talent, including

  • Freya Allan (Ciri),
  • Anya Chalotra(Yennefer),
  • Jodhi May (Queen Calanthe)
  • Bjorn Hlynur Haraldsson(Eist),
  • Adam Levy (Mousesack),
  • MyAnna Buring(Tissaia), and
  • Mimi Ndiweni (Fringilla).

Aside from the main characters of the series, several others are expected to return in one way or another, like Triss Merigold (Martha Celine Stemmle), Yennefer of Vengerberg (Anya Chalotra), Charles Dance as Tywin.
