Contestants are split into two teams, with each team being matched with its celebrity host or guest judge. At the start of every episode, contestants take part in speed dating. Speed dating is a short session where contestants go on a series of short dates with each other. After this, the teams will be matched on a group date, where they will be given a task to do together as they get to know one another. Team captains are chosen based on who scores highest with the host or guest judge and one contestant will take home an extra £5000 for being chosen as the team captain.
