After Life is a dark comedy-drama released in 2017. It follows the story of George who dies and comes back to Earth as an angel but then realizes that there are no more people on earth so he decides to create some using his own DNA. The show stars Ricky Gervais as George, and it’s created by Charlie Brooker. Season 3 is expected to release in 2022 with 13 episodes!

George, an angel who has come to Earth in the hope of creating new life, soon realizes that there is nobody left on earth. Determined to not let it end like this he starts cloning his own DNA and creates a man called Tony. After Life is a comedy-drama that was released in 2017. It follows the story of George who dies and comes back to Earth as an angel but then realizes that there are no more people on earth so he decides to create some using his own DNA.
THE RELEASE DATE FOR SEASON THREE OF AFTERLIFE:
It’s not yet confirmed, but season three will most likely release in 2022 with 13 episodes! Filming for season three is not yet confirmed, but it was expected to start in early 2021.
THE PLOT OF AFTERLIFE SEASON 3:
The show is set in a world where no one has lived for the last 23 years and as such, there are no more living people on Earth. George came to earth with his son Dylan who then went missing from their house. To not make it seem like he gave up on life, his wife Anna convinced.
George to look for his son. George then finds out that people are starting to again and decides it’s time he does the same to create some new life on Earth. In this season of After Life George is looking for his son Dylan who disappeared one day. He wonders if people are starting to come back alive or if it was just him “going mad”.
It’s not long until he finds out that people are again, coming back to life. George’s wife is also still alive in the show and she tries her best to keep George sane with their son gone for so long. In this season of After Life, there are only two people that have returned from death: a 16-year-old boy named Dylan and his mother who he met after living in the woods for three years.
George is first on a hunt to find his son Dylan, and then he’s looking all over trying to find people who are coming back alive again because they were demised before when George was still alive. In this season of After Life, there will be more gore and demise which isn’t surprising considering that it is more thrilling.
THE STARRING CAST:
After Life was created by Charlie Brooker, who also had a hand in writing other well-known TV series such as Black Mirror. It stars Ricky Gervais and Jessica Brown Findlay.
