The official “Attack on Titans” page made an announcement and then announced that Season 3 will be split into two halves. What’s important to note is the hype that surrounded this release. It was the first manga in America to be translated into English. The early 2023 release isn’t a surprise to those who are paying attention. It was confirmed back in November at the Anime Festival Asia that there would be an early release next year. The dubbing of the Final Arc was beginning in November 2020. There is a release date set for the first part of the Final Arc, but we don’t know when the second part will be released, maybe it set for 2023

What is the “Attack on Titans” series about?
The world is attacked by beings called Titans who destroy the human race. Little bits of humanity survive in walled cities with a perimeter. These walls are all that stand betstandumanity and extinction. The manga centers on three young soldiers of the Survey Corps, including Eren Yeager, his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackerman and their friend Armin Arlert, whose lives are changed forever after the appearance of a Titan that breaches the wall. Eren, Mikasa, and Armin join the Scouting Legion Corps to try and stop the Titans, who are slowly filling up the world.

“Attack on Titans” is a manga written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. The original Japanese version was serialized in Kodansha’s bimonthly seinen manga magazine, Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from 2009 to 2014 and collected into 18 tankobon volumes.
The series inspired an anime adaptation that aired on Japan’s television channel, NHK and the series’ first season consisted of 12 episodes streamed online by Nico Nico Douga in 2013, followed by a second season of another 12 episodes in 2014. Two more seasons were produced, with the third airing in 2017 and the fourth airing from April to September 2018. A live-action film based on the series was released in July 2017 and became one of the highest-grossing films in Japan.

The manga has been educating its readers about the history of the Survey Corps, who were once revered as heroes, then became outcasts in the eyes of humanity due to their failure to keep Titans out of their walls. After watching Eren grow up since he was a child, fans are sure to be heartbroken when they see his transformation into a Titan.
