The Babylon series of games have been released by Annapurna Interactive and they have received mixed reviews from high octane to cocaine. The game has been released with a new update each month and the company says that it is going to contain new content. The main idea of the game is just like any other; you play as a mysterious character who goes around solving crimes, arresting dangerous criminals, and finding out who killed your father. However unlike other games, in Babylon City, there are multiple layers of different things such as covert operations on certain levels. Some collectibles can give hidden rewards such as possible alternate endings or understandings of why things happen in the game.
The reviews that have been coming in have been mainly mixed to negative. It is a bit disappointing but also in some cases it can be understandable. The game does not cover the old Babylon series of games. There is no mention of that or any characters from the previous games such as Babylon 5. Instead, this game seems to be set in the same universe as the rest of the Annapurna Interactive games such as Never Alone and The Very Organized Thief.
