The story is about the ultimate Superhero vs. Superhero conflict, as Steve Rogers and Tony Stark go head-to-head to decide how their world will be run. Today, Marvel revealed the plot for Captain America 4 which is subtitled “The Return of Hydra”. In this new plot for the film, Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) must contend with a terrorist organization that wants to use a McGuffin (a device or item of great importance or value) to start World War III. They kidnap his old friend Bucky Barnes and force him to give them what they want by torturing his mind and body with weird experimental devices.

The duo took over from brothers Anthony & Joe Russo who finished up work on “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”, & “Captain America: Civil War”.
