The plot of the series is set 34 years after the events of The Karate Kid and revolves around Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) reopening Cobra Kai dojo to get back at Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio). Johnny becomes successful in business, but his obsession with taking revenge on Daniel continues. He starts training a new generation of students, including Robby Keene (Yahel Carmon), Franco Columbu Jr. (Dante Basco), Miguel Diaz Jr. (Santiago Cabrera), Sunny Bridges III aka “Sunny” or “Sunshine” (Aaron Costa Ganis), and, Miguel’s sister (Esmé Bianco).

Cobra Kai has been renewed for a fifth season. No release date or plot information has yet to be released, but fans can expect this series to continue on with even more action and drama.

According to some critics, the plotline between Dre and Eddie is a little slow. There’s also not enough of Johnny Lawrence Jr., while others claim there are too many unnecessary plotlines in this season; however, most fans agree that Cobra Kai Season Four has an incredible plot with action-packed scenes. Although the plot for this season has been kept a secret, fans are expected to expect a plot similar to Seasons One and Two.
