“Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One” is a 2023 American spy action-adventure film produced by Christopher McQuarrie and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, who co-wrote the screenplay with Will Staples.
The latest Mission: Impossible film is the seventh installment in the Mission: Impossible series. It will be a sequel after the event of 2018’s “Mission: Impossible – Fallout “, which was the sixth installment in the series. This movie is filled with incredible stunts, twists, and thrills as Ethan Hunt and his IMF team race against time to stop a powerful rogue enemy from committing history’s most devastating terror attack on iconic American landmarks”.
The IMF has been tracking Jackal for some time. They are tipped off that he may be in Paris. They arrive in Paris and take up residence at the hotel where Jackal is expected to stay. Ethan and the rest of the IMF team infiltrate the hotel room and capture Jackal. They suspect that he has a bomb and try to get him to detonate it. Jackal refuses and escapes from the hotel. The IMF is tipped off that Jackal is planning a biological attack on the United States. The IMF move some of them, including Ethan, Ilsa, Benji, and Luther, to Los Angeles where they move in under the guise of being TV writers. They also send a team to Hawaii near the Chinese embassy as per their orders to disrupt Chinese plans for a bio-attack on Americans there. The IMF team is attacked by a group of well-trained bad guys and fights them off. Ethan gets separated from his team and turns back to meet up with them.
This movie was created under the banner of Paramount Pictures, unlike the previous three films and it confirms that Bad Robot production was not involved in this movie. In September, McQuarrie confirms on his Instagram that Hayley Atwell will join this movie. This is the first Mission: Impossible which is shoot back-to-back. Angela Bassett has also reprised her role in the movie as Erika Sloane but later she removed from the film due to COVID – 19 travel restriction
No, This is not the last Mission: Impossible film. However, it is being referred to as a “Dead Reckoning” by many. The franchise can keep going with another installment, but for now, we have this in our hands and it’s going to be one heck of an adventure! Mission: Impossible- Fallout will reunite director Christopher McQuarrie following Rogue Nation and his work on Ghost Protocol was praised by many! One of the most exciting aspects of this film is that Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt, while he will be joined by co-stars such as Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames who were both present in Rogue Nation.
The mission will start on July 14, 2023. Let’s Join Ethan Hunt and help him to complete his mission. With this movie the second part of “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning” release date has also been announced which is June 28, 2024.
