The level of hype increased when actress Melissa Barrera said,” the 6th part of the scream franchise is going all out on the Gore genre. Gore, also known as the Splatter genre, is all about portraying graphic violence. Blood, guts, and body trauma are classic elements in Gore’s movies. This is the first movie of the franchise where the Gore genre was used. The first installment of the series, “Scream”, was released on December 12, 1996. It is followed by four sequels. Now fans of this franchise are begging for the teaser trailer or first look at the movie.

Who is Ghostface?

Ghostface is a fictional serial killer in the “Scream” film series. He is depicted as the main antagonist of all five films. Wes Craven and Kevin Williamson created the character. Ghostface always appears in white face paint. Although his identity has been revealed at various times in the series, it remains crucial to maintain the mystery of this character and eludes too many mysteries that surround him and his murders throughout each movie. Dermot Mulroney, who played Chad Meeks-Martin, has confirmed their storyline is related to the first movie. Each of the Scream movies is locked in a loop and the killer is the one who kills them. In the first movie, Chad was suicide by Ghostface. He was later brought back to life through cloning. After his resurrection, he killed Drew Pittman and Jessica Rothe, also characters from the first movie.
