Frequently Asked Questions
How does the TDW Score work?
Our TDW Score is a single number from 0–10 assigned after watching and discussing the work. It is not an average of external scores. It reflects our genuine critical assessment across storytelling, performance, direction, technical craft, and cultural significance.
How often do you publish reviews?
We publish major film reviews on release day and TV season reviews when the full season or a substantial portion becomes available. We prioritise depth over volume.
Do you accept review screeners?
Yes, we accept screeners from studios and distributors. Receiving a screener does not guarantee coverage and has no influence on our rating.
Can I pitch a story to TDW?
Yes. We accept pitches for features, essays, and criticism from experienced writers. Please visit our Write for Us page for guidelines and rates.
How do I advertise on The Digital Weekly?
We offer display advertising, sponsored content, and newsletter placements. Visit our Advertise page for media kit and rates.
Found an error? How do I report it?
Please email corrections@thedigitalweekly.com with the article URL, the specific error, and your source. We respond within 48 hours.
