ABOUT GONE FOR GOOD:
The story focuses mainly on the family life of an African American couple who live in South Los Angeles (Devon and Teri Campbell). The other family is that of Detective Bobby Taylor and his wife, Jackie. They endure the toughest challenges because their daughter was a victim in an unsolved murder case.
RELEASE DATE FOR SEASON 2:
There is no release date yet, but the show will be airing this year. There has been no official announcement, but it is expected to be on screens until winter this year.

THE PLOT:
The story especially centers on a married couple from South Los Angeles (Devon Campbell & Teri). With two children of their own, Devon wants to give his kids the best life possible. He is a hardworking man who owns a small salon in South Central and spends money on things for their home, but he doesn’t have enough to provide his children with what they need.
Devon’s wife, Teri, has always been there by her husband’s side until she discovers that he’s been unfaithful for a long time. Teri has to decide if she can trust him again and make her marriage work or separate and leave Devon with the kids.
THE STARRING CAST:
- Teri Campbell is a loving wife and mother. When she finds out her husband has been cheating on her, Teri must make the decision of whether or not to stay with him after everything they’ve gone through together.
- Raquel Archer, played by Emmy Award Winner Tisha Campbell-Martin (In Living Color)
- Natalie VanDelveer is Devon’s girlfriend, and she doesn’t know that her relationship with him has no future.

FILMING:
Production filming for Season Two of Gone For Good has already started. Filming will take place in Los Angeles, CA, and surrounding areas. The producers are anticipating that it will be completed by the end of October; however, this is not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.
EXPECTATIONS:
In Season Two, we will see the VanDelveers struggle with the aftermath of their son’s death and how to move on from it. Natalie (Tisha Campbell-Martin) struggles financially after being laid off as a nurse and must find another way to support her family. Gone for Good is a no-nonsense, sometimes comedic drama that interweaves the stories of three women as they each find themselves at crossroads in their lives.

Gone for Good is currently averaging a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 86%. Regardless of ratings, though, if you’re looking for a comedy series to laugh at daily content and forget your problems, this is one that might be worth checking out. The current rating on IMDB is a solid six, and on Rotten Tomatoes, it is currently holding at four.
