The One Fast Move series is a showcase of pictures from film and TV projects in which their stars are about to hit the big screen. In this installment, Riverdale’s KJ Apa will be starring in Universal Pictures’ upcoming motorcycle racing film, “Platinum Gamers”. The movie is based on the true story of how three American teen-aged friends found themselves recruited by professional game players to compete in an international tournament. 

The pic will not only be managing director Aaron Berg’s fourth consecutive movie for Universal Pictures but also his second with Apa. The two previously worked with each other on the short film, “The Switch”. Apa will next be seen as Archie Andrews in The CW’s series Riverdale, which is based on the famous comic book characters from Archie Comics. The first season debuted in January 2017, and a second season of the series has already been ordered.
