At this point, the trio should have dispersed to less homicidal apartment complexes but alas, a third season of Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building” is coming.. Season three of “Only Murders in the Building” delivered some big changes. We got a change in the show’s protagonist, the introduction of flashbacks. “The most exciting thing felt as season two came to an end or was hinted at in the end.”
The time jump in Game of Thrones provides a clean slate for the characters and their interaction with each other. When we talked, John Hoffman confirmed that after the second season finale, he said, “will also prove memorable as a collection of new characters from all facets of theater life.”

What is the “Only Murders in the Building” series about?
Each episode of “Only Murders in the Building” is an intense mystery where characters try to solve a crime that occurred at a New York location. As they dig deeper into the case, bitter rivalries, personal grudges, and unlikely alliances develop as they are faced with their own twisted and tragic pasts. Then, they introduce the characters involved, who begin to speculate on what happened based on their knowledge of their own lives. As they do this, they meet in the Arconia and discuss possible scenarios: “What if?”
The cast was assembled with a group of actors who have a background in theater, cinema, and television. Building on their experience and incorporating their unique perspectives, the cast members can often be found working with each other in productions. Some of these relationships run deep.
What do we expect from the series?
The end of the second season had planted a lot of questions in our minds. The third season will be more intense than the previous seasons because things will get more powerful, there is more at stake and the stakes are high. The season premiere is scheduled for June 2018 on Hulu.

Season 1 – Rotten Tomatoes has a 100% approval rating with an average score of 8/10 from 105 reviews. A website’s critics agree that the site is silly and insightful, thanks to the trio of central characters. The first season received a weighted average score of 76 out of 100 based on 34 critic reviews by Meta critics, indicating “generally favorable reviews.”
Season 2 – Rotten Tomatoes, “Only Murders in the Building holds an average rating of 8.40, based on 25 reviews with a 100% rating”. The second season of the murder mystery show, Only Murders in the Building, is only as good as the first. The show maintains its core charm and wit that made it so popular in the first season. The second season of Metacritic has an average score of 77 out of 100, based on 8 reviews.
Release date of the third season
In the first season twist, After a troubling experience in their posh Upper West Side apartment building, three of the neighbors start a podcast about the investigation. In season two, The three murder victims killed themselves because their bodies were found in the apartment of another resident. Both seasons have received many accolades, including nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series and the 2016 Golden Globe Award for Best TV Series in Musical or Comedy. In July 2022, the series was renewed for a third season. There is no official release date for the third season.
