The third and final time was in Drums of Autumn, where she traveled back in time to prevent the Battle of Culloden from happening. Claire first travels back in time to 1743 Scotland in Outlander season one episode one. She then returns to 1948 England in Outlander season two episode nine. Finally, she travels back to 1743 Scotland again in Outlander season four episode thirteen.

Who is Jack Randall to Frank?

One of the biggest questions that Outlander fans have is what happened to Jack Randall, and how he is related to Frank. It was revealed in season five that Jack Randall is actually Frank’s ancestor, something that Claire did not know when she first met him. Even though she knew who he was, she did not exactly know how he was related to Frank. Jack Randall is Frank’s ancestor and the man who tortured Claire in Outlander season one. Jack Randall was the British soldier that raped and tortured Jamie in Outlander (season one). While Claire did not know exactly who he was, she knew what he did to him because of her time traveling back into the past. Outlander season six is going to touch on that, but it will not go into too much detail regarding the matter because at this point in time he has already died.

What can you expect from Outlander season 6?

Outlander season six will be mainly about the 20th century and what Claire went through. Season Six is going to take place in America, so expect a new setting! Outlander fans enjoyed Jamie’s story for many seasons now but it was nice seeing his wife actually playing an important role as well. The sixth installment of Outlander is going to be a shorter season, with only eight episodes. However, that does not mean that it will be any less exciting. The showrunners are promising fans that they will get answers to all the questions they have been asking since the end of season five.
