The main characters in Slow Horses are Chris Reilly and Nick Duffy who are these spies. Roger Callard from CSI is the main character in Slow Horses. How did you come up with the idea for the series, and what inspired you to write it?
The first book of Slow Horses, which was called Slow Horses, came to me as a reader who wanted to read a story where all the characters are working together in a secret agent group. The second book of Slow Horses called Lost in the Night came to me when I had thought about writing a spy thriller set in the future.
Who are the key characters and who are they connected to?
The main characters of this series are Chris Reilly and Nick Duffy. They have been working together since they were young and they have become a great team. Now, after so many years later, they both realize that their life has changed forever as every success has its own price.
Do you have any plans to write more books in the Slow Horses series?
Yes, I do have plans to write more books in the Slow Horses series. After I had finished writing the first two books of this series, I realized that there are many more exciting scenarios waiting for me to write.
I love writing the action scenes and also the dialogues between characters which make every book interesting for readers. I always knew from my childhood that I will be a writer someday but it happened when my son was born that I decided to make my dream into reality.

I am currently working on my next book in the Slow Horses Series which is going to be the third book of this series. There is an interesting situation taking place in the climax of the first two books and I can’t wait to tell you about it.
