The thoughts about this series are that the new series will be a success and will continue to grow. The thought on this is that this technology will be very helpful in the war with the Klingons. Who is your favorite character from the original series, and why?

The character that I liked from the original series was Captain Kirk because he was the main character for all of the episodes. The reason why I like Captain Kirk is that he is a role model to me, and that is why he is my favorite.  In my opinion, Star Trek is a good series in general because it has many good things such as relationships and technology, but it also has some bad things such as the war between races and espionage. In my opinion, this series can be viewed by anyone who has time.

What was your favorite episode of the original series?

The episode that I liked the most is “The Trouble With Tribbles”. The reason why I like this episode so much is because of the cast and characters that were involved in it. The cast was really funny, and this comedy made me laugh a lot.  The episodes of Star Trek are not always funny like “The Trouble With Tribbles”, but they are all fun to watch. They are just like cartoons or animated shows, and they are not real life. I love watching the episodes, and they make me laugh a lot.

Do you think that Gene Roddenberry’s vision for the future still holds relevance today?

I think that Gene Roddenberry’s vision for the future is still relevant, but it is not as relevant as it was before. Gene Roddenberry was a visionary, but he could only imagine a lot of things in his mind. He imagined that the world would be united, and there would be a future without war. 

In my opinion, we have not reached the future that Gene Roddenberry imagined. The world is not united, and there are wars all over the world. There are also many problems happening in different countries such as poverty, hunger, and overpopulation.

How do you feel about the casting of the female lead?

I think that Zoe Saldana is a good actress, and she is a good choice for this role. She does not look like she is related to Kirk, which is why I like her for this role. I also think that she looks very pretty, and I wish we had a Captain Saldana commanding our starship.
