The second season of the Walking Dead spin-off series “The Walking Dead: World Beyond” will follow Morgan Jones as he explores new locations and faces new dangers. Season two will be set in the future, which is not many years after Rick and Michonne return from their travels. Morgan Jones is reunited with Eastman in Season Two, but it’s not all happy reunions for everyone.

He travels to the town of King (near Washington, D.C.), where he is reunited with his old partner Eastman and meets new survivors for the first time.
The Walking Dead world beyond cast is not yet released, but we can expect to see some familiar faces from seasons one and three. Actor Josh McDermitt (Eugene) has confirmed his involvement in season two. Actress Emily Kinney (Beth Greene) will not be returning.

THE PLOT OF THE DRAMA SERIES:

Season One left off where Rick was about to confront The Governor following the assault on Woodbury. Season two will pick up six months after this, with Rick and his group trying to keep themselves safe in a world that has grown increasingly dangerous as walkers are no longer just something seen out of the corner of your eye but now fill every inch of ground between Atlanta and Washington D.C.
FILMING OF SEASON 2:
Season two will be set primarily in Virginia with the episodes being shot in Covington and Frankfort. This is where we can look to find many of our cast members, including Scott Wilson who plays Hershel Greene on the show.
Alongside him are actors portraying new characters that haven’t been seen before such as Bruce Cofield and Cami Anderson. Cami will be Rick’s second in command, serving as his lieutenant for the group on their journey to Washington D.C., but is also seen in some episodes of season one.
EXPECTATIONS:
The Walking Dead is arguably the most popular show on television in America. The ratings for season one were at a record high and there are many anxiously awaiting its return.
