VAGABOND is a Netflix original series that stars Tom Holland as the young man who can’t escape his family’s history of violence. Season 1 was released on November 16th, 2016, and since then has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards: Best Television Series – Drama (2017) and Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture (2018). ABOUT VAGABOND SEASON 2:
Season one followed Jean Valjean, an angry and broke ex-convict (Holland), released from prison after serving nineteen years for stealing a loaf of bread during a time of desperation. It’s from Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel Les Misérables, but the series takes its own path through Valjean’s story in ways that are sometimes breathtakingly powerful.

THE PLOT:
VAGABOND SEASON TWO plot will follow the story of Leo, who is trying to find himself while also being on the run from his past. The series takes place in the early 1980s and follows him as he goes across the country, battling addiction and coming face-to-face with violence for the first time since his childhood.
The PLOT of VAGABOND SEASON TWO will be a continuation from the previous season. The show follows the life and adventures of Miss Sophie, an upper-class lady who abandons her privileged upbringing for a world of self-discovery where she faces many challenges.
When the second season starts, 26-year-old Leo is trying to find himself while also being on the run from his past. He’s addicted to heroin and alcohol, which he uses as coping mechanisms for everything that has happened in his life. Leo and Cosette’s relationship takes a turn for the worse as her love is tested. Peebo will be forced into joining his father in jail after he accidentally kills someone. He’ll have to get used to life behind bars with no more running away from reality.
THE STARRING CAST:
VAGABOND SEASON TWO PLOT will continue to follow the story of Leo, played by Nathaniel Martello-White; Donny, played by Eric Schweig; and Peebo, played by Camille Sullivan.
The cast of VAGABOND is led by Tom Holland and also includes Jenna Coleman as his love interest Cosette, Clive Owen as the police inspector Javert and David Oyelowo as Valjean’s nemesis with a stolen fortune.
FILMING:
VAGABOND SEASON TWO PLOT will continue to be filmed in remote areas across Canada. Season One of VAGABOND premiered on January 16th, and a release date for season two has yet been set. The filming took place in the Canadian towns of Timmins, Sudbury, and North Bay.
PRODUCTION:
With many episodes filmed in remote areas across Canada during a harsh winter, the production had to face many challenges.
