COBRA KAI SEASON 4 NETFLIX RELEASE DATE, PLOT, CAST!

The latest season of Cobra Kai was released on May 2. It has a new cast and plot as well as old favorites such as Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso. The show is about the two enemies who are now adults and meet again at their high school’s karate dojo 30 years after they last faced off in the All Valley Karate Tournament. The series is set to have 10 episodes, with each episode being 22 minutes long. This makes it easy for viewers to watch without having to take up much time from their day!

ABOUT COBRA RAI 4:

Cobra Kai is a series based on the classic 1984 movie “The Karate Kid,” which was about Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence. LaRusso has been in Cobra Kai training for 30 years with his son Robby while Lawrence saw the tournament from the sidelines. The series is set to have Daniel LaRusso, Johnny Lawrence, and Robby all training at Cobra Kai dojo, with John Kreese declining in health now living his final days alone on an island looking for closure before he dies.

The release date for the fourth season of cobra kai is expected to be near December this year.

THE STARRING CAST:

The cast for season four is Jonny Lawrence, Daniel LaRusso, and Robby.

THE CHARACTERS:

Robby was a shy teenager who only trained at the karate studio after school. Coal, a new character in the show played by Josh Brener, is introduced as a karate student who looks up to Johnny Lawrence.

He admires his work ethic and has been shown helping him out on more than one occasion, which leads viewers to believe that he will become an antagonist for Daniel LaRusso. Johnny’s son Robby is also a karate student who attends the Cobra Kai dojo. He, like Coal, admires his father’s work ethic and does not seem to be as skilled in the art of combat.

THE PLOT:

The theme song for COBRA KAI SEASON will be updated with new lyrics sung by William Zabka himself! The lyrics to the updated theme song are not yet available. The PLOT of the series continues where we left off last season with Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) as foes in a karate tournament, but soon after, they are drawn back into the Cobra Kai dojo and their old rivalry.

In addition to its original actors, COBRA KAI will also feature a new guest star in season four! The show’s co-creator Josh Heald said they are in “preliminary talks” with a few possible guest stars for the new season, but he did not specify if they will be playing themselves or taking on different roles.

In Season Four, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) has finally achieved his lifelong dream of being the owner-operator of a thriving car dealership in Santa Monica on Pacific Coast Highway, which he calls Johnny’s Karate. His employees are all his old friends from back in the day, and it’s a non-stop party of revelry, merriment, and good times with customers coming in to celebrate with him.

EXPECTATIONS:

Fans are anticipating a new storyline with the addition of Johnny’s son Robbie who will be playing in this year’s tournament. They’re also expecting to see John Kreese played by Martin Kove return from his island exile as he is dying. The show’s popularity has grown with each season and many are expecting this one to be the best yet. There is a lot of anticipation for what will happen next on Cobra Kai, Season Four.

REVIEWS:

The reviews for this season are mixed with the majority of people feeling it was disappointing and not as good as they expected from a show that has two iconic actors at its center (Ralph Macchio and William Zabka). There were also some complaints about the lack of female leads in the cast which is a big change from the original show.

RATINGS:

The ratings for this season are also mixed with a lot of people feeling it was disturbing that Johnny Lawrence’s son is now his main competition and they were disappointed to see John Kreese return as he was one-dimensional in the previous seasons which made him easy to beat. Those who are into the show and love it believe that this is an incredible season with a lot of twists and turns.
