Reviews:
The plot of season four is very different from the plot points that viewers have come to expect. The plot isn’t as predictable and it’s not like other legal drama series such as Suits, where every episode builds on the last one in a linear fashion. On Goliath, there are no cases to be heard by the court; instead, the plot takes the viewer through some very dark and disturbing areas that affect each character in a different way.
Ratings:
Goliath is well-reviewed, with an average rating of 86% on Rotten Tomatoes. On IMDb, the show has a score of around eight out of ten stars based on several thousand reviews.
Expectations:
The plot will likely be much darker than other seasons and it’s unlikely that Billy Bob Thornton or any other main character will avoid the more serious plot points. Goliath fans have been waiting for a while to hear news about when they can expect new episodes, and the wait maybe even longer than expected. Amazon has not announced whether or not Goliath will receive a season five, but there are plenty of rumors to keep fans satisfied in the meantime.
